Creating positive wellbeing, this is an ancient healing technique which dates back to 2,330BC, where specific points or ‘reflexes’ on the feet and hands relate to different organs, systems and structures of the body.

Our free flow of vital energy in the body or 'chi' can become blocked due to a build up of toxins and waste deposits over the different reflex points in the feet. If they are not restored and rebalanced it can result in health, or the manifestation of health, problems.

Reflexology will often reveal crystalline deposits at specific reflex points, which may suggest an "imbalance" in the corresponding part of the body. During treatment, applying reflexology techniques to the feet disperses these crystals.

In Reflexology special pressure techniques on these ‘reflexes’ help to stimulate circulation and restore the free flow of energy or ‘chi’ throughout the body.

“Nature does nothing in vain” - Aristotle.

An initial consultation is required for new clients during which we review the health and medical history, general lifestyle and well-being.

After the initial consultation the treatment last approximately 1 hour.

How many treatments will I need?

Although a single treatment would be beneficial, just one treatment would not be enough to achieve longstanding positive health benefits. Much like idea that going to the gym just once would not be sufficient for the person to achieve positive health benefits. A course of 4-6 weekly Reflexology sessions is recommended to experience relief from longstanding health issues. Maintenance or ”top up” treatments are then recommended every 4-8 weeks.

Treatment Duration:  A single Reflexology Session last approximatley 1 hour

Price: £35 for a single session or £120 for a course of 4 treatments
